Returns

*All refunds and repairs are granted on the basis of Australian Consumer Law. 

*Due to the handmade nature of each product, please note that refunds and exchanges are not provided due to change of mind or incorrect size. 

 

Postage

*Australia Post is the service provider for delivery and tracking is used for each parcel posted. Tracking by email notification is included in Australia Post's delivery service. Should there be any delivery issues please get in contact with Ana ma Petit Tresor as soon as possible. 

*Should any item be returned to sender due to failure to pick up item at the Post Office, redelivery costs will be at your cost.

*If you are located outside of Australia and are interested in purchasing an item, please get in contact with Ana ma Petit Tresor.
